Restrictive Covenants - ByLaws

This neighborhood has restrictive covenants that help uphold the integrity of the neighborhood.  Each homeowner will need to abide by these rules.  Buckhaven also has a Homeowners Association to enforce these rules.  The HOA dues are approximately $300.00 a year and cover the upkeep of certain items.
