The neighborhood of Live Oak Estate in Jacksonville, NC is located off of HWY 111/Catherine Lake Rd just a few minutes to the bypass for easy access to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River. Live Oak Estate started building in the early 2000's and currently has new construction homes for sale as well as existing homes for sale. Many of these homes are surrounded by woods, making this neighborhood great for the family that likes trees and some privacy.

Neighborhood Restrictive Covenants and ByLaws
Live Oak Estate has restrictive covenants for their residents to follow and abide by. These laws and rules are enforced by the Home Owners Assocation (HOA) president. Paying HOA dues and having covenants helps maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. Currently, there is not an HOA in place.
Standard Building Features For New Homes
Each builder in Live Oak Estate has their standard building features for each floor plan. You may choose certain items that you would like to upgrade on, and pay the upgrade fee. Typically, this fee is due within the first 2 weeks that an offer has been accepted on the home or lot.
