Neighborhood Restrictive Covenants - ByLaws - Home Owners Association (HOA)
Saltwater Landign has restrictive covenants for their residents to follow and abide by. These laws and rules are enforced by the Home Owners Assocation (HOA) president. Paying HOA dues and having covenants helps maintain the integrity of the neighborhood.
Standard Building Features For New Homes
Each builder in Saltwater Landing has their standard building features for each floor plan. You may choose certain items that you would like to upgrade on, and pay the upgrade fee. With all negotiations, I try to get upgrades included in the sale of the home as to not take money away from the buyers. Typically, this fee is due within the first 2 weeks that an offer has been accepted on the home or lot.
