Folkstone Field is a small neighborhood that started building around 2007 and currently has existing homes and new construction homes for sale.  This neighborhood is located in Holly Ridge off of Folkstone Road in a great location for military being close to the back gate to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

Restrictive Covenants - By Laws - Home Owners Association (HOA)

Folkstone Field has restrictive covenants for their residents to follow and abide by.  These laws and rules are enforced by the Home Owners Assocation (HOA) president.  Paying HOA dues and having covenants helps maintain the integrity of the neighborhood.

Standard Building Features For New Homes

Each builder in Folkstone Field has their standard building features for each floor plan.  You may choose certain items that you would like to upgrade on, and pay the upgrade fee.  Typically, this fee is due within the first 2 weeks that an offer has been accepted on the home or lot.
