Vista Cay is an established neighborhood that started building homes in the early 2000's, and currently has existing homes and new construction homes for sale.  This neighborhood is located in Hubert NC in a great location for military members looking for less traffic in their commute to work, being close to the side gate to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.  Homes for sale in Hubert NC have the benefit to home buyers of paying county only taxes.

Vista Cay has restrictive covenants for their residents to follow and abide by.  These laws and rules are enforced by the Home Owners Assocation (HOA) president.  Paying HOA dues and having covenants helps maintain the integrity of the neighborhood.

Standard Building Features For New Homes

Each builder in Vista Cay has their standard building features for each floor plan.  You may choose certain items that you would like to upgrade on, and pay the upgrade fee.  Typically, this fee is due within the first 2 weeks that an offer has been accepted on the home or lot.
