Choosing The Right Neighborhood
Hubert, NC is located in Onslow County North Carolina and is situated on the north side of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. For years, Hubert has been a very small town. Up until recently, more and more new construction homes have been buiding in the area offering more opportunities for buisness growth.
Hubert runs along the Inter Coastal Water Way and is transverse by inlets and waterways. Certain old and new construction neighborhoods give the home owners beautiful access to the water and the georgous views. The weather is greatly affected by the Gulf Stream just off the coast, and enjoy a four season year without much of the ice and snow, unlike the rest of North Carolina until recently. The weather has changed a bit and recently, we have started seeing more snow and ice.
Don't let that stop you though, property sales are holding steady due to all of the new construction in the area, and the love of seafood.
